While I do my best to be flexible, last-minute cancellations can be tough to work around, so here’s my policy when it comes to refunds and rescheduling.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required to secure your moving date and time. This guarantees that I’ve set aside the necessary time and resources for your move.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled job – Your deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled job – The deposit is non-refundable since it’s difficult to fill last-minute openings, and time has already been set aside for your move.

Why This Policy?

Moving requires a lot of planning and coordination, and last-minute cancellations affect not just my schedule, but also other customers who may have needed that time slot. This policy helps ensure that I can provide fair and reliable service to everyone while also respecting the time and effort that goes into each move.
